Well, i did have a takeaway on Sunday...but on the plus side, no alcohol! However, i will be making up for it this week :party0036:
Ive had a lot of wind this week, constipation :cry: and its that time of the month...so you could say im feeling a bit s**t!!:banghead:

Oooo, im not sure...hopefully not! I hit my target, so think im classed as a lifetime member, havnt been back since though and im just hoping and praying that ive stayed within my 3lb target range!!
I know, i know, i am feeling motivated at the minute...and the bike is coming back out tomorrow :D so hopefully that will help me out!

Well my official WI last night resulted in a 3lb gain in 6 weeks. Still in my target range, so not too upset about it!
Im back on the 'cycling to work' regime today, and i must say...i really enjoyed it...apart from the fight with the bike sheds :banghead:

Im hoping to shift 3lb by Weds, so must get stocked up on lots of superfree foods!!

Thursday 2nd June - Green 100%

Well...after a lot of deliberation...ive decided to join Weightwatchers :eek:

I do love slimming world and i will be back...after my jollies. But i do need some restriction/control.
Im eating far too much, i feel podgy and bleeuurrrgh!!!
I find i eat for the sake of it...and overeat...coz i can!

You guys have been brill and i will be popping over now and again to see how you's are doing...and to let you's know how im doing.
So bye for now...and keep up the good work :wave_cry:

Im missing my home cooked meals, im missing not having to weigh and point every single thing, im missing being able to eat and eat and eat :eat:

I was at my sisters yesterday and she said to me 'why are you doing Weightwatchers when you actually lost weight doing SW??'...and i thought yeah why am i doing WW!!??

I found a mugshot in my drawer...so its official...i'm back!!!
I had porridge with chopped banana for brekkie tho...so how does that work?? Can i have it as a HEA or not?

Im thinking about trying a couple of days a week doing success express...have you tried it?

Porridge is absolutely fine hun - how much did you have?

You can go EE or Green for the rest of the day if you have your Mug Shot.

Never done Success Express but Mrs Wilsoncroft wrote a lovely thread on it - it's in the general forum.

I had a sachet of the oats so simple original porridge with skimmed milk.
Yeah, ive been reading through that...very interesting and her meals look lovely. Ill have to get stocked up on loads of nice fresh salad n fruit.

Those sachets are the perfect size - well done!

I felt a little disappointed the other day when I noticed that Mrs Wilsoncroft now does Rosemary Conley :eek: After being so successful at SW!!!

Love love love home made soups! I've looked back on my foody diary and discovered that my biggest losses have been when I've made a big soup!

Have you tried superspeed soup?

I make a nice red pepper & sweet potato and a nice spicy vegetable soup.

Let me know if you want the recipes ;)

So...sorry if i sound dim here...if i were to have homemade soup, would this be ok if im doing success express...or would i need a salad to go with it?
Havnt tried the superspeed soup yet...would you recommend?

Hi hun ... if you look in the Recipe section and put soup in the search box there are some lovely recipes.

Here's one of mine:

4 sprays of frylight in the saucepan
1 onion, cook for a couple of mins
Add 2 sweet potatoes and 2 carrots
Season
Add mixed dried herbs
Sprinkle in some ground cumin
Pour in 1 pint of veg stock made with 2 veg oxo cubes
Bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins

When cool blitz with blender

I found it a bit thick so added about half a pint of water

Lubbly jubbly! It is gorgeous!

All my soups start the same ... sweat the onion, add a couple of carrots then go from there ... 2 red peppers and 2 sweet potatoes is a good one. Add veg stock but not ground cumin to that one.

I've made all kinds. I've added cabbage, brocolli, leeks - anything goes.

I heard once about the best fake Heinz tomato soup:

1 tin of tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
1 tin of carrots
2 pickled onions

Boil, blitz & blend - I didn't like it! too sweet for me!

I get the same feeling about the Superspeed Soup - I worry that it's an awful lot of soup to make - probably not cheap by the time you put in all those ingredients - and what if I don't like it??

And finally ... yes this would work on Success Express - as long as you add lots of superspeeds(?) (think I'm right in saying superspeed - might be superfree - check first!)

Spaghetti, 100g Ex Light Philadelphia (HEB), 85g Bacon (HEB),2 egg yolks, mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper

Apple, Tangerine & Pear
1/2 Galaxy Ripple

Drinks
Water
Diluted Juice
2 cups of tea (HEA)


HEA x 2: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk & 42g Low Low Cheese
HEB x 2: 100g Ex Light Philly & 85g Bacon


SYNS: 1/2 Galaxy Ripple 4.5
