    Whats for tea tonight?

    Stir fry made with prawns, mushrooms, onion, beansprouts all fried in fry light then add some noodles. Add two tablespoons of nam pla (fish sauce) and two tablespoons of soy sauce then throw in an egg. Kind of like a thai takeaway dish and so quick! It was yum!

    Me :) I was 10.7 during the summer and managed to put on a stone very quickly! Devastated as I was so happy to be safely in the tens for so long! Oh well, I hope to get there again asap!

    Maybe if you saved some of your syns during the week then you could treat yourself to a decent enough bit of chocolate at the weekend! It might be a bit of motivation not to eat it during the week then because you know you can treat yourself instead of going cold turkey :)
