    Hello. My name is Natalie and I'm a chocoholic! I definitely find SW much easier to stick to than CC. SW gives me a structure to work with. 15 syns a day is actually quite a lot. A chocolate bar is usually between 6 to 10 syns so you still have some left over for other things.

    Oh the dreaded gain! I think it has happened to all of us! Don't let it put you off! My WI is on Sunday and I have a feeling I'll have gained or STS. But keep on at it and you will loose. Try mixing your diet up a bit to see if any tweaks will make a difference.

    I'm planning on making a pot of soup so I can take it to work for lunch. I work 3 days on 3 days off. So for example: if I make the pot of soup on Sunday, & I'm working Monday Tuesday Wednesday, will it last for those three days or will I have to freeze it?

    Good for you! I think everyone has some sort of exercise that they enjoy. I don't like going to classes but I love going to the gym with my iPod! And like you, I love the cross trainer. I find that I burn the most calories than on the other machines. Keep it up!
