Its silly but knowing i could have bread and drink a glass of milk without using syns or feeling guilty made me so happy. Ive tried drinking the skimmed milk but its not the same and i was using most of the allowance on my cereal. everybody is doing great with their losses hope we all keep it up. X

Weigh in today. Down 3lb so 5.5lb in total. Delighted with myself. Paid for 12 week countdown which cost €90. Going to put weekly fee aside each week so it wont be such a big pay out when 12weeks is up. Hoping it will keep me on track aswell. Fingers crossed for everyone weighing in today. X

What sort of tricks do you use to encourage you to stick to plan? Ive put up photos of me in my underwear with everything hanging out( not a pretty site) on the fridge and in the cupboard on the biscuit tin. i make a menu for the week and shopping list of ingredients i need. No extra treats...

IM so bold... Family emergency yesterday so i didn't have lunch or dinner. My brother brought in mcdonalds and i had 1/4lber with cheese (24 1/2syns). I totally enjoyed it but felt so guilty afterwards. So back on track today. Going to limit my syns and be extra good for rest of week.

We mark the dogs birthday he gets either a new bed or new collar. He gets the other then for Christmas .
