I would say this is syn free, its potato being used in the way that it should be so I don't consider it a tweak. A tweak that I know about is when I microwave thinly cut potato and eat them as a 'packet of crisps' ;)

You're still producing the milk so definitely have the extra one. I am allowing myself an extra one and my baby is 20 mths so doesn't have as much milk, approx 3 times a day.
