    Definitely recommend it. I have done sw online before & thought it rubbish although I do like the diet. WW app is all you need to follow the diet from home. Think I pay about £10 a month

    The free calculator I presume will be the same as the ww one. The app has a huge database that has been inputted by ww therefore taking into consideration all the ‘zero heroes’ such as chicken, fish, veggies etc. The calculator just see’s a calorie as a calorie if that makes sense!

    So a rubbish couple of days which I knew were coming. Had son's 21st yesterday & a big family meal in a nice restaurant. Signed up to weight watchers online so no excuses now. Aiming for 10 pounds at least for Christmas. Feeling so ready to start today (just hope this lasts!)
