My Diary

I thought I would start my own diary then hopefully in the future people can see that dieting the Slimfast way can be sucessful.

Well I have made it to teatime on day 1 easily enough (better than I expected).

My food for the day looks like this:-
Brekkie - Banana shake
Lunch - Strawberry shake & an apple
Tea - Chicken ranch salad & a yoghurt

I have also made a deal with my OH that he will buy me a treat for every stone I lose. So my first treat will be some black Ugg boots - just need to make sure there is still some winter left to wear them by the time the 1st stone is gone!

Back to work tomorrow after a couple of extra days off after New Year - thinking this could make my diet easier as I will be busy busy busy.

I find it a bit more difficult at Uni - due to food outlets - but keep my bar handy! lol

Day 2, back to work. I found today really easy as I was mega busy and didn't even get my lunch hour. I managed to drink my shake while working but it was 2.30 before I had chance to drink that.

My food for today:-
Breakfast - Slimfast bar
Lunch - Strawberry shake & a banana
Tea - GFY Cottage pie & a yoghurt.

Roll on day 3 - I can do this!
