    Are you supposed to be on SS? If yes, i would say if you are on week one, psycologically it might be more damaging than anything else... once you start nibbling it is hard to get your foodie mind to switch off... you're likely to have a good loss anyway in week 1, but if you go for a meal...

    i got one for my OH from Ebay, they have quite a range depending on your ipod type...... shouldn't cost more than a pound ot two but p&p can be expensive if coming from japan or where ever, so maybe worth paying £3 and getting a uk one... comes quicker too!!!

    i found it hard phsychologically the first day, physically tough going days 2-3, and not too bad after that... when i felt nauseous i have eaten a bit of protein but only once a day and only on 2 of the days so not too worried... now i have ketostix, i'm on top of things and reassurance that...
