    Well i was a bit silly, and because i was working full time didn't eat much anyway, and when i did i just snacked on rice cakes. Now it depends, varies from 1000-1800 usually..never go over 2000 anyway. xx

    Thanks for the reply, that's so interesting. I'm wondering if it may be due to the fact that for about a week or two weeks i probably had only about 500 calories, i've read somewhere (i think)that if you eat so few calories your body will burn muscle or something instead of fat? which isn't...

    If i were to eat 500 calories a day for a week or two,i'm under the impression i'd obviously lose weight, but would it actually be fat? Or muscle mass or something as i'm not eating enough? And if it were not fat, why not? as surely people on the likes of lipotrim who are eating very few...

    I hope you don't mind me asking this, first of all, congrats on losing two stone! I've lost 31lbs but i can honestly not see much of a difference, have you had this problem or can you see a difference, ie clothes being too big and things like that?

    why don't you try some form of interval training? an example is running extremely fast for a minute or 2 or 3 or whatever (i run at the fastest my treadmill can go, 7.5m p/h) then about half of the time you've spent running, walk.if that makes sense....so say if you ran for 1 min, walk for 30...

    is it harder to burn off carbohydrates? ie. if there were two things of the same calorie content but one had more carbohydrates in than the other, would this be less efficient in losing weight? thanks in anticipation

    walking, jogging, dancing!! erm i can't think of what else to suggest as i don't know what you have, i don't like the gym so bought weights, resistance band, swiss ball, medicine ball, treadmill etc. the above , apart from the treadmill are quite cheap, and good!!

    oh just read you don't like running on the treadmill, in this case you could maybe walk very fast, or fast for 30secs, then walk normally for 60 secs and so on.

    i've done a lot of research re: lipotrim and such a low amount of calories, and lots of my research tells me i will lose muscle instead of fat!!is this true? i don't want this to happen!
