    So, i'm here again. Hanging my head in shame as have not been able to stick to good old LL. So tomorrow, should be a fresh for me. I am hoping! Plobably not the best time of year to start but oh well. Anyway, can I have some of your good old wisdom to keep me on track please! Thank you :)

    WI number 1..

    So, had my first weigh in yesterday - I only started Monday but the class was on the previous Wednesday so i'd only been on LL for 2 full days and was weighed on my 3rd day but i'd still managed to lose 7lbs! Yay - roll on bikini time! :D

    I'm not feeling too good today - the sun is baking and i should be loving it but i'm not. I feel like a whale and have no summer clothes to throw on. It's hideous - I just want to fastforward a month or so, this is really not a nice feeling :(

    Could fry them in garlic (with fry lite) and the ground salt for a little yummmmy snack! MMM! Or could chop some peppers, mushooms, crushed garlic, spinach - stick that all in a pan (along with the prawns) and cook with fry light. Then some soy sauce...and if ya like it spicy abit of chilli...

    Mmmmmm, I LOVE garlic!!! Had a little snack of garlic prawns with a sprinkle of ground salt..yum! And have just finished off some spag bol (sort of, but all freeee!) in which I chucked in a masssssive clove. What a garlic monster I am :D

    Whoops, posted before i'd finished. I'd recomment it, they are really good for you. The lady that did mine was telling me she had a lady come in and sweet wrappers that hadn't disintergrated came out from sweets she's eaten as a child!

    Ooh, how tasty. Just worked out on the syn calculator that for 100g of this it's 8.5 syns on a red day. So weighed it out and it's loads!!! It is soooo tasty and has sorted my choccie craving right out! :D

    I really like ryvita - with v.low fat cream cheese and either smoked salmon or ham. Mmmm, yum. And with scan bran I put on v.low fat cream cheese and some reduced sugar jam - for a kinda cheese cake kinda thing.

    You'd won me over with Alpen bars the second I saw the word chocolate lol! They only had two types of Ryvita in Tesco today - Apple and Cranberry and Mixed berries. I'm off to get some Alpen bars tomorrow...if i'm not snowed in my house that is!
