I think you have to be within 2 stone of your goal weight to become a consultant. I've still got a long way to go but it is definitely something I would love to do in the future. If I could be half as inspiring to others as my consultant is to me I would be happy.

Hi Ruthie, I've been buying the polenta from Budgens, but I've been told Morrisons stock it as well, along with some health food shops. Hope you enjoy them, the banana and custard ones are my favourite so far!

I'm a fan of ee too, if you want to cook a chicken curry for instance, you can now have rice with it and you don't feel like something is missing from your plate. You can have a real variety of meals with the huge choice of free foods. Thats not to say though that the original plan isn't good...

My mum spoilt me and bought me one after I lost 1.5 stones, I absolutely love it! Obviously I've done chips in it (which still amazes me, having chips while slimming!), and I've also cooked bacon and a stir fry in it, lots more still to try.
