    SW online: worth the money?

I previously went to a group, but have now come back to SW and am doing it online only. In the past, the website wasn't all that great, but I'm pleased to discover there's a lot more information etc on there now, compared to what it was like five or six years ago. So I'd say try it online...

Hello again! I've had to have a bit of a break the last month, as not great things going on on the health front. I managed to stay the same for that time and am just trying to get myself back into losing weight. I've somehow lost 1.5lbs this week, so that is encouraging!

Shall i leave group & do this at home?

I definitely think that in the first instance it is well worth going to a group, to learn how to get to grips with it properly and gain the support. But I'm now doing it from home and find this forum much better than the group I was going to (which was not very inspiring), and the motivation...

Carrot and butterbean is a nice combination too - and if you blend it, the butterbeans help thicken the soup.

thinks the scan bran is doing its job

I love scan bran with one teaspoon of Nutella spread on it - yummy! I usually tend to just have one slice with breakfast, as there's one slice allowed alongside various cereals to make up a HexB (rather than having to eat 5 slices - no wonder it's having a major effect on some of you!!).
  16. S

hubby just stole my scan bran

No, I don't think you're weird! I do really like them too, although never got on with having with with savoury things. My ultimate favourite is scan bran with one teaspoon of Nutella!:D
