    Really really best not to weigh daily if you can stop yourself... Weight fluctuates so much and it's best not to demoralise yourself if you don't lose anything one morning.... Try and stick to once a week at the same time with maybe just once to check if you have to mid week... good luck x

Everyone is different and different methods are needed to help people My point above, (which probably got buried in the rant, sorry!) was that I don't think there is a right or a wrong way to lose weight...

    I think the best thing that i can probably come up with is just to take one day at a time. If you are wavering, one day isnt so bad to stick to it? tell yourself that you can do this for one whole day... no cheating, no off plan, nothing. one day isnt hard to do, but think how proud of yourself...

    What to do with white fish? Any suggestions?

    I haven't had it so far since doing s&s but I always used to bake it. Wrap it in foil, seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper and top with spring onions and ginger, then bake for 10 minutes. Then have with some veg or a salad... It was delicious. Not sure if we are allowed ginger on this, but...

    Tanya, have you done other diets such as WW SW etc where you lost more? I aim for 3-4lbs a week, and if i achieve that then i am happy. I never had losses like that with "conventional" diets...
