Strawberries Lidl sells big boxes (400g) of very sweet strawberries for £1.99 for one or two boxes for £2.00 :) Had mine with cadbury's light mousse (3syns) and half a healthy extra B for bran flakes which I crushed into the bowl. It tasted soo delish :D

I like to eat tesco's, asda's and sainsbury's own basic brand gammon (unsmoked). It's less that £2.00 per pack (two pieces). Can someone tell me how many sins they are? I think they're free or am I wrong?

Rhubarb Rhubarb shouldn't be eaten raw as it is a bit poisonous. It is a vegetable, so it should be fine as long you don't overdo it. Also if you eat rhubarb your body won't absorb any calcium during that day, make sure you have more the day before or after.

Instant Mash I love Sainsbury's instant mash, it tastes creamy and you don't need to add any salt to it as it already tastes like there is salt and butter in it. I sometimes add dried herbs to it, lovely ;)
