    Fasting for twenty four hours is adequate, once you start increasing the time it plays about with the way the body burns or stores fat. If you fast too long you might find yourself going in to starvation mode and nice lean tissue being burned off instead of unwanted fat x

    I like 5-5 as it means I eat something every day. I start on a Sunday UUD, Monday DDU, Tuesday UUD, Wednesday DDU, Thursday UUD, Friday DDU. I also do an up day Saturday x I may do a UUD this Saturday...not decided yet lol :) good luck x

    Hmmmm I tend to eat as soon as the clock strikes five!! And if my tea isn't there (I'm normally in work) I just grab something anything! If I find my loss going under a pound a week ill look at altering my times x x you lost tons on the fast 5!! X

    The 500 cals covers any 24 hour period you choose. I do 5pm - 5pm, others do 8-8 or 10-10. Your up cals also cover the 24 hours your eating :) x

    Hiya, my cals were 2300 on an up and 478 on a down. If you go on JUDD website there is a calculator that will give you exact cals. On saying that I do not count my ups, and my downs are never 400 cals as I try to not eat x x I'm sure if your sticking by 500 2000 as a guide you will be fine...
