Hi guys, hoping I've done this right (!?) Starting JUDDD on Monday (4th Feb) and hoping to loose around 6stone altogether. Im quite looking forward to it, I've been reading other diaries and read about some great losses!! Initially, Im sure Ill struggle with the DDs but at least I can say to myself "I can eat tomorrow" - Ive tried many ways to lose weight, Weight Watchers, Slimming World, OptiSlim, Tony Fergusson, Slim Fast.. the list is endless but nothing seems to work!! Ill try to post on here everyday, or couple of days at least, but Im terrible at remembering lol. x
