    Got in my skinnier jeans today

    It all depends on your height/shape etc but I moved down a jeans size each month. Don't spend too much on them! New Look have nice jeans for £10 = they have a nice cut and you don't mind the fact that they don't fit for long before you have to buy the next size down!

    Deciding on a goal weight what is reasonable?

    I know exactly what you mean. I don't remember ever being within my correct BMI range. So I am currently aiming to be just at the top end of the healthy BMI and then seeing whether I look how I want to. Without getting there it is so difficult to tell! Good luck with it though! xxx
