And then I went onto my fitness pal http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ (I think quite a few of us use it on here) And you can record the food/exercise your having and it tells you how many cals you have left to use...

    Agree with ditzee, Atkins is wonderful :) I've tried various diets throughout the years and this is the one I have enjoyed the most, and to be honest it doesn't feel like a diet!
