    Asda do a nice feta (greek)cheese its only 10% fat per 100g its not their own make cant remember what the make was, but it was a lot lower in fat than the other makes they stocked

    i love nothing better than a nice chilli and rice :D i chop a couple of red chillis into really small pieces and add to my mince and shop brought chilli sauce just before serving and then i know i am eating fresh chillies , and it sure does make my face sweat :D
