    Hi Claire. 18lbs is very feasible. I know what you mean about starting and stopping. I was always like that on the cambridge diet. This diet is much easier because they have meals too. Very easy to stick to if your mind's in the game. Good luck!

    Good one Weasey. My calorie intake now is about 6-700 less than last year on healthy eating so it does keep nagging lol! On the plus side, it does tell you what you will weigh in a few weeks at the end of each day if you continue with the low calories...looks good to me:)

    Hi I started slim and save 2 weeks ago. Really great diet. I've done Cambridge in the past which was great too - I had great losses. However with slim and save, you get a meal which just makes all the difference. Nice to something normal:-)
