    I have picked photos that I was happy with at the time (so I didn't have many to choose from!). They were taken in January 2010, July 2010 and yesterday. I started SW in Sept 2010. I still have a little way to go but I need to increase the amount of exercise I do to help tone up the wobbly bits.
