    Don't be disappointed sididd! - remember, 2lbs is the average loss in a week, so you're not far off :) You always lose more on your first week of trying to lose weight :) Best of Luck!

    Thanks Linz and Linda :) Made another change today - I moved from completely drinking fizzy juice, to just drinking diluted juice, now I'm moving from that and just going to drink nothing but water, not wanting to give myself unnecessary calories from diluted juice as I drink quite a lot

    07/10/10 Well.. I'm home for a few days and thought I'd weigh myself to see what the difference was, if any. I am absolutely chuffed to say my weight has dropped down to 12st 6lbs, from 12st 8lbs.... I'm now at my lowest weight I've ever been.... like, ever :D!
