As far as the consultants i've had are concerned as long as you are having up to 5 syns everyday then there is no reason not to 'save' some syns to use flexibly for nights out / meals etc etc. What we really shouldnt be doing is going without syns all week so that we can blow them all on one...

Do you plan your meals? If not perhaps try sitting down one evening and plan your meals for the week ahead, I find this really helps me focus and i make sure i have a very varied and delicious week ahead. Also try looking for some low syn treats...

My rules of thumb are to weigh myself at the same time, in the same clothes and to of had the same routine (ie not having breakfast or drinking beforehand etc etc!)...

Just stick with it and try and find some exciting recipes so you don't feel like you are forcing yourself to eat Chicken and Turkey! There's plenty of Veggie friendly recipes...
