    I'm back on CD after a break. If I'm craving & I'm going to cheat I tend to crunch on celery. Dunno if it's allowed but it stops me eating anything else:D

    Hot water for shakes..

    I make mine the same as boofaloo. I use the hand blender to mix mine in about an inch of cold water & then add the hot. I make mine in a big Latte mug as I like my shakes long

    day 3 of my Cambridge diet..So upset..

    My 1st week was hell-hunger, headaches etc. I very nearly gave up but I'm so glad I kept going. I've lost 3st 3lbs in 9 weeks & I feel great!! I've got 18lbs to go to goal now!!

    Mixed Emotions

    Feeling shakey & feint today..

    I had real trouble with the water, I now buy sainsburys sparkling water as its cheap, & I use the berries flavouring & I find it so easy to drink water now.
