    Need to upate this more. Had three fast days at 500 and a mid day at 1.000. Today I am on a 1, 500 ish day. Got a pamper weekend so not as likely to over do it as I will be surrounded by people I do not know...obviously I know some. I tend to incoporate fasting as well...leave it 20-22 hours...

    So on another dd day due to a chicken fest saturday. So today I have got by on green tea and fasted for 23 hours. Had a Warburton thin (how good are they!!) 100 kcals and chicken and stuffing 71 kcals with a bag of naughts and crosses 88. Going to have an apple now. Roughly 60. So that is 319.

    Slimming World Chips Tips

    Cut wedges and boil for 8 - 10 mins. Add to baking tray and spray on one kal a pinch of salt and mixed spices and cook till golden. Dunno if you did it like this, but me and my husband enjoy them this way.
