    Hi mummycupcake, it's so hard to know if you're eating enough/too much isn't it? At least you're not feeling bad! In the book dr d does say eat more than you normally do and eat before the hunger strikes, I suppose the scales will tell me if I'm doing it right! How much have you lost so far?

    Have you been having your oatbran and water? And have you been for your 20 min walk every day? The only other thing I can think of is is it your totm?? That can make you retain water and weigh heavier.

    Hi, I'm on day two of attack and feeling very dizzy/lightheaded and almost nauseous. Is this 'normal'? Had oatbran galette for breakfast with turkey rashers and an egg so eating enough I think? Drinking my water too. Has anyone else experienced this. And will it pass? Don't want to give up!!
