It's best to simmer for a long time so the sauce reduces. Then it will thicken :)

It is a dry flavour mix that you put in a roasting bag along with chicken breasts. You shake tie the bag and put it in the oven and the chicken cooks in it's own juices! They are yummy!! So been to know how many syns :0)
