    I started the 30 day shred but had to stop due to wrist injury, but gonna start again on Monday. The hardest thing I think about DVD's at home is finding the time and motivation to do them, however always feel better when I do :)

    As has been mentioned getting the right cut really helps, if the dress flows from under the bust it hides a multitude of sins and a low cut or v neck bust draws attention to that area and away from belly and hips giving the appearance of a slimmer figure!!!

    Tesco Light choices range for cakes are brilliant. My favourite Lemon Drizzle cake slices at a bargain 1pp each!!! Carrot cake slices are just 2pp and really yummy oh and not to forget their chocolate and orange cereal bar at 2pp as well. Lots of yummy treats
