    Also back here from today, started my diet in March, had a holiday booked for July, Lost 2 1/2 Stone:D. Been back in November, didnt last 5 days. So today Im back to loose the 1 stone I put on during July to Now. Hopefully will be target weight in 12 weeks.

    I think the hardest part is getting into Ketosis, and I know once Im in it, there is nothing in the world I would do to knock myself out of it. Its really hard the first 5 days, and I would hate to go through this again every Monday.

    When do you have your packs

    I have mine in the eveing, I have a double chilli/spag for tea and then a double milkshake as a pudding. Some people will say this is wrong, but it works for me and the weight is still falling off. I personally think as long as your having them, doesnt really matter how you have them.

    Wow I must really be in the diet zone, I have cooked from day one, im now 5 weeks in. First 3 days wasnt fun, but im not bothered with cooking for the family. Made them all a huge fry up tonite and didnt feel tempted. Made theirs, did the dishes, popped my chilli pack into the micro.

    Which VLCD shakes taste better

    Slim and Save all the way for me. Tried the others and the Exante are quite nice, Hate chocolate shakes though. Love all the Slim and Save ones except the Banana, of which is usually my favourite. Lighter Life ones are ok too, but Slim and Save is by far my favourite.

    Ive had, the vanilla caramel shake (yummy), crispy vanilla shake (crispies got stuck in my straw, needed a spoon to get them out but still very yummy). strawberry was really nice (loads of seeds). Had spag bol last night and thats quite yummy too. Completely converted to the slim and save diet.

    well done, totally agree im mixing exante and slim and save, and have to say, cant believe Im on a diet.     Well I just had my first cup and my god that was lush, finally have my hot drink covered. Missing my sugary coffee in the morning. which is now replaced. Fantastic stuff, like having a tasty cuppa soup and will help with the now lack of salt in my body. Dont fancy getting cramps.
