    Yeah I lost 4.5 stone with SW, then put 1.5 back on - I got too comfortable with it and kept cheating, binging etc... I needed something stricter so I came onto Dukan :)

    Dukan-friendly cold remedies?

    I think the soluble vit c should be fairly ok, as there's no sugar in them (sure they're not strictly dukan but near as damn it). Also, I find sugar free hot squash is really good - and you can have as much as you want! :) hope you feel better soon x

    To be honest, I think our bodies go up and down through the day - eg, working as a nurse, I can tell you that an average pee is 300mls - which weighs half a pound! And if you drink two 250ml glasses of water and don't pee - that's a lb on! So don't stress honey :) x
