I have come back to WW after following SW for 8 months and losing 4 stone
, but it's not working for me anymore as I have a tendency to binge and I need to get my portions under control! I'm going to follow the old points system, as that's what I'm used to!
How does this look?
(Pts allowance 22)
Breakfast: Boiled egg 1.5, banana 1.5. (3)
Lunch: Soba noodles 4, lettuce 0, cucumber 0, balsamic vinegar 0. Apple 0.5. (4.5)
Dinner: fajitas (tortilla 2, 140g chicken 2, tomatoes 0, peppers 0, lettuce 0, fajita mix 0.5), 1 tbsp guacamole 1.5, 1 tbsp fat free fromage frais 0.5. (6.5)
Snacks: 3 rice cakes 1, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 0.5, 10g chocolate 1. (2.5)
total, 16.
