    Yes you can. However I used this rule for losing extra weight via more exercise. I used to follow a system with my wii fit when I first started using Slimming World again and any syns I had I would burn off on the wii fit and it would result in me losing about 3-4 pounds a week instead of 1-2.

    Don't give up and well done on your exercise - I love your exercise goals!!! Secondly I started on a bmi of 34.8 and I am down to 29.8 and have found that my husband who is heavier than me is losing it quicker as he has more to lose so be patient!

    I have always got weighed on a wednesday. Thats when it was at my original slimming world group as a teenager and it always works well for me. Then if you are naughty at the weekend you have a few days to get over it.

    Wednesday Weighers

    Another 2 pounds off this week or 0.9 kilos! Fabulous week and even had icecream at the local zoo. Also with losing 2 pounds this week I am no longer considered obese with my bmi dropping below 30 so I am over the moon! Now another 2 stone 4 pounds before I am no longer overweight.
