    Im confused..

    My LLC also charges 2 weeks up front. £15 from the extra payment went to pay for my LL registration / membership. In my case at the end of the 12 weeks or when I get to goal and think about moving on I'll only pay her the £15 outstanding. A bit of a swizz I know but I've heard of a few LLC's...

    I'm quite lucky, my weigh in is 09:00 Sat morning. I should imagine you'd be fine as long as you don't drink for 2 hours before hand. That should be plently of time for the water to pass through your system. Good luck with the first weigh in.

    you've just got to keep messing with the packs until you find what works for you. I love the porridge, but I found the microwave to be a bit hit and miss....... 5 seconds too long and you have a brick. I always mix mix with the water in a pan and then heat gentle on the stove as it thickens...
