    What I ate today.. Breakfast - granola, natural yogurt, grapes, banana, strawberry.. Snack- banana muffin Lunch - juice of pineapple, cucumber, avocado, lime, apples.     Just altered that to an UD as it means one of us can always eat with the kids which I think is important and I have a course this week which will be a tad difficult to manage on low cals.. So UD starts tonight at 6!!

    Do you think it makes a difference that the hours your body is down on calories though is shorter? In theory I might stop eating at 7pm on an up day and then only have 500 calories for next 36 hrs, ie 7am whereas if I do 6-6 the 500 cake is consumed over a 24hr period. Or am I over analysing...

    Hi all, can I join in? Tried a few times with VLCD, 9 days being the longest I stuck at it. I know I can do the restrictive part, but think this will be easier to give me a bit of respite and have a social life. Getting going tomorrow. Have about four stone to lose.
