3 stone to go!

That's really good! I struggle to lose 1lb a week never mind anything more!

Going to update as I go today as don't know what I'll be having. I bought a dress to wear today (got a day off work so having a girly day), I paid for next day delivery and it hasn't arrived :( So upset. Now I've nothing to wear!

Food:

Friday
B: 2 x toast with flora light
L: Singapore noodles, shrimp crackers, tempura chicken
D: Cheese and bacon burger with chips
D: Tea with skim milk, 5 cocktails, countless vodka lemonades/cranberry

Saturday
B/L: KFC
D: Chinese
D: Lots of cider
S: Nuts and penny sweets

Sunday
B: Leftover Chinese
L: Cheese and onion toastie
D: Chicken and mushroom pie
D: Strawberry frijj, diet juice, tea with skim milk
S: Double decker

Worst weekend ever!

10 st 3.8 this morning.

L: Chicken wrap, crisps, flump, mini dairy milk, celebration x1

10st 4.2.. Last week eating food from the freezer then on to slimming world again I think! :)

Just so fed up of being this fat. I want to get down to at least 8st 7 x

Breakfast: Alpen light (1/2 Hex B), satsumas
Lunch:
Chicken and sweetcorn soup x3 (syn free)
Pea, mint and pancetta soup x2 (3 syns for the pancetta)
Dinner - using up freezer food this week:
S: Cassoulet
M: 2 sausages, mashed potatoes, peas and onion gravy
T: Dominoes - will be drinking wine too, last day off the diet!
W: Fish pie
T: Turkey meatballs
F: Cassoulet
S: Fish pie
Snacks: Alpen light (1/2 Hex B), lemonade and lime jelly with raspberries (syn free), skimmed milk (Hex A)

The weeks after will be better for dinner, i'm just using up food this week. Everything is healthy bar the sausages and dominoes!

I'll be out on Thursday and Saturday night too, but just going to drink vodka and diet coke - minimal drinking after this week!

So proud of myself, went running with the other half (he's really fit). I've been so nervous about it and have been putting it off for at least a year. I bit the bullet and we did week 1 day 1 of couch to 5k. He was lovely - ran alongside me and motivated me even though it was really easy for him. I love him:)

D: Dominoes ham, mushroom, jalapeno and pineapple pizza, checked and it's 1400 calories per pizza! I had dip too which was another 200 calories and chocolates which were about another 400 calories.. Oops.

I wish I hadn't planned to eat bad. :(

Feeling a bit sore but good after my run yesterday.

Started slimming world today. Messed up a wee bit this morning but will make up for it over the week if needs be.

Breakfast: Apple and creamichoc from vending machine (150 calories? So 7.25 syns)
Lunch: Hex B bread, extra light mayo, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes (4.5 syn)
Dinner: Chicken stirfry with 1/2 tbsp honey (1.25 syns), lemon and soy
Snacks: Milk (Hex A)

I'm really happy with how it's going at the moment! The boyfriend wanted to take me out for food at the weekend but I've suggested cinema and bowling instead, I'm going to try and barely eat out.

I'm feeling a bit miserable tonight. It's just because i'm tired and a bit hungry as well. I wish the weight would just fall off. I always have these thoughts that it would just be easier to stop eating but I know from past experience that slimming world DOES work and reasonably quickly too. I was down to 9 stone from 11 stone in the space of a few months, so there should be no reason why I can't get from 10 stone to 8 stone in the space of a few months too.

It would be an absolute dream to see 8 stone.. but for now, I need to just concentrate on seeing 9 stone 13! :)

Weigh in tomorrow! Had a 100% week if I don't mess up today and have been getting on the scales.. Hoping to be 10 stone 2. I was 10 stone 2.2 yesterday and 2.8 this morning so I'm close. Lots of water today to try and flush it out!

I'm having wagamamas and wine on Saturday, I can't find the syns for wagamamas but I know the wine is 27 syns. I'm going to have minimum syns for the rest of the week to make up for my wagamamas and take my Hex B that day as some of the oil used :) I'm going to draw a line under it after that and just start a fresh on the Monday.

Breaking my goals up in to stages. I think i'll allow myself a small non food related treat when I reach these i.e. a massage, manicure or something.
