    I think the eyeshadows, pigments, lipsticks, fluidline eyeliner and blushers are great! Though the mascara is pretty poor and the lipglosses are far too sticky for my liking and the skin makeup is brilliant but gives me spots.     That's not too bad at all :). Don't worry about it. The good thing I find with calorie counting is you can make up for it on other days so you can eat less calories than your set amount the next day or next couple of days and it won't make a difference.

    It depends really I guess. I'm having 1000 calories a day at the moment which is fairly low but just try a number of calories (probably something between 1000-1600 calories) for a few weeks and see if you lose weight on the number you picked and if not then just lower it. :)

    I personally think places like McDonalds shouldn't be allowed to advertise on TV at all just like with cigarettes.
