    There is no difference between a complex (starch) or simple (sugar) to your digestive track. Your body can't tell the difference, they are just metabolised in a different way.....so you count the whole carbohydrate, the 'of which is sugar' means nothing to yr gut :0)

    Stick to water!!!!! Tummy bugs usually imply you've ingested some nasty from food or via yr hands (a contaminant) and drinking lucozade or colas usually give u diarrhoea because of the sugar!! All you need in yr diet is water water water 2-4L per day = happy kidneys :0)
