    Yeah, I had frozen Broccoli and weighed it, then when it was cooked it was under the 200g allowance, but was plenty for me. I'm so excited about this! I'm easily pleased, esp after 6.5 weeks of LT! LOL! :)

    I think the fact that I'm so hungry isn't helping. If I wasn't feeling so deprived I could handle the loss being this slow, but in my head I feel like I am being cheated, as I feel that if the loss was proportional to the hunger I would have lost loads more! Does that make any sense?!

    I get a gnawing tummy most of the time, and hunger pains, and the fury mouth! But for me I am desperate for a shake to make it stop, and they don't make me want to retch. Could be the Champix? Might be worth asking your pharmacist as they would know whether Champix causes the nausea?

    Cold water, with approx 750mls, drink as slowly as possible and try and nibble on any bits of grit that I can! LOL! If I have them hot, I use the same amount of water and some sweetners. This evening I used a peppermint tea gone cold and used it in a choc shake - mint choc - yum!

    Not been exercising. Been drinking about 2.5 - 3 L a day. Not missed any shakes. (Had an extra shake on one day cos I was sooo hungry I was crying!) I have ketostix, so check regularly, it's never been the darkest 2 purples. Pharmacist said to stick with it for another week and see how it goes...

    Have you tried ebay? I use bottled water, you can buy 1L bottles, then re-use them with the water from the cheap 2L bottles a few times to save money, if you don't like tap water.

    My husband is doing this with me. He was offered either 2 male sachets a day or 4 female sachets. He went for the 4, so it is easier to get through the day with regular intakes. Might be worth trying for those of you men who are struggling with 2 shakes a day?

    Hmmm, I did wonder if maybe I was watering them down too much and not having any substance in my stomach... but I really can't stomach the water on it's own so this is a sure way of making sure I meet the water quota. How do you make the crisps?

    Feeling really down

    I struggle to drink plain water too, so I water down all my shakes with an extra 500ml each, that means 1.5L less of plain water I need to drink, and psychologically I am getting a bigger shake too! :) Stick with it....you will be so glad when you can look back and know you did it!

    My hubby started with me, so I emptied the fridge and all of the packets from the cupboard and gave it all away, so that I won't be tempted and give in! I wouldn't have been able to if he wasn't doing it with me so I'm glad he is! We can all do this, together!! Hang in there everyone!:)
