Hi all, going to use this thread as a food and exercise diary, so if you notice I've put wrong cals down for something, feel free to correct me!
Have been awol for a couple of weeks, and put about 3or 4 lb back on off the 19lb I had lost, but I'm feeling like I'm back in control today and hope this is going to help me to stay on track! x

BF 2 white toast (200) with jam (80) and cheese (160) (= 440cals)
L chicken salad with c.slaw and rice (=350)
D WW meal (300), veg (50) and 200g oven chips (404) (=754)

1544 cals ate
Exercise- 60min walk= 300 cals

Hi Sarah, yes I was using Nutra-check there, which is fab, but skint so don't want to renew my membership for a while. I will check that other one out though, thanks! x
