Going to go for a long walk tomorrow to really test this gadget out.

Went for a long walk today playing Pokémon go in the woods. Must have been at least 5 miles in a circle lol.

Bought myself a Fitbit so will be interesting to see how it can keep track of my steps, heart rate etc
Should be here tomorrow.

Today was lovely 😊
Went for a walk with my mum and did some shopping, then afterwards came back home ate some watermelon then went out again myself to the woods.

Wore my combat boots so I could get better ankle support and walked off the track as much as I could, Managed to get over 16k steps wooohoo.

Found a little Shelter/Den some kids must of built along the ww1 practice trenches, I remember when I used to do that when I was in the cadets fun stuff.

also made a makeshift bridge to get to the other side but decided not to risk using it haha.

Had to take the bus home because my weak knee started to hurt and was left limping almost to the bus stop lol.

Made sure to stopwatch the bus ride and deduct any steps counted on the ride.
I find it really silly that you can’t just pause the Fitbit from counting steps.

I went a walk along our wee wooded paths the other day and only managed about 8.5k steps, I need to build up otherwise I will just quit.

I might of overdone it myself honestly knee is okay a little tender if I press on the side but it’s alright.
best thing is to build it up little by little bit however my over eagerness is my downfall
 
Today food wise has been good, mood wise Bleh.
Trying to stay positive but it’s hard.

Well done on staying on track when your mood hasn't been great, it's so easy to just grab what you fancy when you're feeling rubbish

Slight panic just now as I only realised after some googling that bacon on the packet I have dosent include the calories from the fat that comes out when dry frying.
I thought it did so I used the same pan to make the eggs aahhhhh.

No more food today for me I thinks to be on the safe side. Can’t be over 1600 today I hope 🤞
