I am glad your mood picked up and you went out. Listen to the audio when your mood drops - it will help. Like anything else when you first start anything new, it makes the matter worse (negative energy must be released) and then makes improvements.

Magnificent scenery😍😍. Thistles are beautiful too. I wish I was there. Mind you where I am at the moment is great. I will pt up some pictures when the sun comes out again. And all those steps are fantastic and will help.

If I listened to it during the daytime I would properly nod off LOL

Last night definitely went a lot further than I did last time, was still really difficult going up one of the really steep inclines but after that was good.

Was lucky because it’s been rain constantly here but it was only a little drizzly then mostly windy yesterday.
Would love to see how it looks around your bit

Went for a small walk today, just to stretch my legs
Then mostly bus on the way home to play Pokémon

Just getting things ready for the hills again tomorrow hopefully it’s not too rainy muds a pain in the butt to walk down.

Hope your hill walking today has gone well.:)

I found a cherry tree in one of the parks. They are too high for me to reach and the birds were enjoying them.

It will be blackberry time soon. There is an area called the Orchard which I walk through and try to collect some yummy apples from it when they are ripe...:)

yesterday was quite an adventure lol
Very rainy and windy boots ended up soaking wet because of my trousers LOL

need to buy waterproof trousers and perhaps gators because Jesus was like a drowned rat.
But despite that was really fun meeting new people and suffering and enjoying the adventure together.

Have been having some family troubles here so I did end up eating around 900 calories of crackers and a packet of crisps on Saturday.
so all Sunday I ate my duck wrap that I made and nothing else to balance it out.

still think I’m retaining a bunch of water, feel puffy on my face and can’t see my veins as clearly on my arms.
Still though managed to lose -1.4lbs this week

Let’s hope next week is better! 🤞

I bet the birds sure are enjoying the cherries haha

Well done you are doing great.
Puffiness could be due to being in the rain & wind all that time and dehydration also not eating enough - one duck wrap is not enough
Eating structure is on track now. Just had big bowl of watermelon 🤣
Just felt really bad that I ate half my calories at midnight so wanted to make sure I stuck to the 1600 no matter what.

try not to be doing that again for sure. But that said when things are stressfull it’s hard sometimes x

Yes I totally understand.
Watermelon yum yum but I don't dare eating it for fear of finishing it all.
just been to a neighbour and she gave me a little cup cake - speciality of the area, made with butter. I could not refuse as gets upset and told me I look too thin - haha me thin??. I dread thinking of calories in that little cake perhaps over my allowance for the day.

With the amount of weight of lost you can have a wee treat.
Just shows that other people are seeing big differences definitely doing really well
 
Decided to go for another walk in the hills today
Had to use walking shoes instead of my boots because they are still abit damp from Sunday 🤣

Got blisters and sore feet’s now but the views were worth it.
managed nearly 25k steps today and 224 floors
Sometimes I don’t think it’s getting easier LOL

I think that once I can start eating over maintenance
My body can grow stronger and repair better.
but thats still a while away yet!

After the walk I went into the petrol station and got a coffee from one of those costa express machines.
Saw a bunch of crab apples and the brambles are fruiting even more now.

No walk today, felt a little anxious and will probably be a good idea to let my legs rest more. Still a little sore.

Boots are pretty much dry so should be good tomorrow then I will polish them up and be ready for the next walk to the Hills once inspiration hits 🤪

Definitely need to go shopping tomorrow not much food in the house want to make a stir fry with duck and noodles but not too sure on that yet.
Will see how I feel in the morning, Made up some coffee yogurt for breakfast to kill two birds with one stone 😂
