1/3 superfree on ee???

Just wondering who follows this rule for every meal and how are your losses affected.
I normally follow ee but rarely follow this rule and am thinking about goin to red and green for the extra healthy extras, but wonder if I should just stick with ee?
What do you all do?

I recently started to try and add extra superfree food to get the 1/3 - havent seen a big impact on weight loss yet but heres hoping
I too am doing EE because it fits in with family meals but I miss HE 1 is not really enough
However whenever I think of just doing green or red there always seems to be using a HE in the meal i.e pasta with chicken etc so I suppose it depends how easily you can have an all green or all red meal

I was on ee from the start and then last week changed to red. I do stick to 1/3 as it makes my meals healthier and I'm fuller for longer after eating.
Its a good habit to get into for long term healthy eating.
 
ive been on ee from day 1 and ive had good losses..i nearly always have my 1/3 superfree it definately helps :) for me anyway!
