Step 1 Sole Source + 1.5lbs this week. 2 last week...

I've now been doing sole source+ for four weeks. I am pleased I've lost a stone but feel with 5stone left to lose it should be coming off faster. I lost 1.5lbs this week. 2 last week. I'm drinking 2.5 litres of water a day. Im stumped why my weight loss is slow. I'm gutted with 1.5lbs when I could lose that eating properly on slimming world. Any advice?

I can only say that my losses have been similar to that some weeks, but then I've had an extra big loss that balances it out. It tends to average out over the month at about half a stone each fortnight. I've also got five more stone to go. Hope you feel that you can stick with it, I'm sure you'll have a good loss soon to keep you motivated. Try a little more water? I find if I can have 3-4 litres over the day, it seems to aid my losses. Good luck.

do you measure your inches hun? I lost 1lb the one week, but i still lost 1.5".....and at the time yes, i was demotivated, but i stuck with it because this diet cannot fail. Just keep going hun

Still not shifting. Keep getting stuck. I can't drink more. 2.5-3litres is more than enough. I hate water.
What on earth is wrong with my body. It just holds onto every friggin thing. Destined to be a fat blob at this rate. I give up.

Don't think like that. I know it's disheartening but it's going in the right direction a stone in a month is still amazing. Your body may have gone into shock too.

How much did you loose in the first few weeks.

Try the water flavouring or make the Cambridge jelly as it's another way of getting water into you if you're struggling.

Are you doing 100% SS? I can't remember

Current loss: 28lbs and 21inches

I'm doing ss with a small portion of protein at night (no milk). I didn't have huge losses in the first couple of weeks either.
I've tried upping my water today but I don't think it's that. Just think my body doesn't lose weight easily. No idea why.
