1 DD and one UP day under my belt

Yeah-your right. It's no rant-promise. You are only saying what I would to you if situation reversed. Thing is week 2 I still lost as well!

Ok so back to basics-
Alternate days
Eat food not just liquids on dd
And no cc on up
And exercise as usual (20 odd miles a week).

I've had toast this morning and a Danish so today UD then.
Haven't weighed today so start Tom. And I can easy do 2 weeks if I swap days when have something on.

Just easy/boring soup pack from morrisons (236)with one stock cube (50).

Think about 4 bowls in all. Will see how I get on with that.

Your sounds super tasty. Must have another look at soup maker.

486 calories-2bowls home,are soup (hubby stole rest,) boiled egg and toast (amazing), a dozen chips (max) pinched from Grace's dinner (guessed at 100 cals)

Weighed this morning at 10.11.4 (which was less than I was expecting)

Woohoo well done :) our cals were about the same :) mine was 480

How exciting about the soupmaker :)

My gammon and veg soup is just left over gammon ( or I found some ham hock in sainsbury's) and a pkt of soup veg and a knorr veggie stock pot so so easy.

Looking forward to tomorrow :)
 
Not sure when will arrive (cos I'm cheap and went for free delivery), but I'll be looking for your recipes soon enough.

My true weight is heavier than my actual weight it will be a lot of time on Judd cos your weight goes up and down. My true weigh today was 10 9.something my actual 10 7.8 today. But tomorrow my true weight will be 10 9 something and my actual weight could be up to 10 10 . It is definitely an app you need to use for the long haul

Right-had an UD and didn't count. Found this really really hard as I've been counting for so long. I also overate, I've had a v stressful day and it's my first reaction to 'hassle'.
No soup prepared for Tom, but I can sort that easy enough.

Will you get time to make soup tomorrow if not do you have a back up plan ?

People seem to really like the skinny soups range and ww are ok in a pinch
