Hi Guys

Had week 9 weigh in yesterday and lost another 3lbs! :)

I therefore reached my 10% goal...so pleased, especially after reading the benefits to health...10% can make such a huge difference!

My leader then asked me whether I wanted to set another 10% goal or an 'ultimate' goal - after realising I still have 5 and a half stone to reach my ultimate goal i decided i'd stick to another 10% goal! i dont want to start feelin disheartened!

:party0011: That's Fantastic - I definately agree that mini goals work better than one final goal to keep up motivation x (not that 36lbs is mini - it's brilliant :) )

excellent news and i think it was wise to stick to 10% goals, i've never put the total amount in full on my side bar of what i want to lose, because everytime i look at it i think WTF! i can't lose that, so step by step i put little goals, that are in my sig, then just changed my 'goal weight' as i went along! :) 11st is my goal, but i reckon i'll go down to 10st 7lbs to be on the safe side so once i hit 154lbs... i will change that again to 147lbs :D if that makes sense!

I think that's why i've managed to stick at it because if i had just put straight away oh i'm 231lbs and want to be 147lbs ... i'd look at it and think "no bloody chance" .. but now nearly there :D good luck! xx
