I'm the same at the moment but i have had to take stuff to get things moving!Lol sally, I eat plenty of fruit and veg so I get lots of roughage from that. and I drink lots too. The only thing that gets me moving is eating too much sugar, which I am not going to do. If I'm still slow next week I will take some sennacot. oranges do nothing for me now, because I have lots of F&V.
