Hi Fairy Mary. I'm on day 4 too. How you feeling so far?
This is my second stint this year. I lost almost 4stone before, and only put half a stone back on - mainly water weight - so I was happy with that.
I've put you down to 30th November - 63 days - but obviously change it if your goal is different.

So far so good thanks!!! It's a relief not to have to think about food and fight with myself like with ww and sw! I haven't had the shakey feeling either really which I was dreading and I usually get! But I'm really committed this time so that prob helps! Thanks! Well done on your weight loss thus year! That's a real achievement! Hope I can do as well ????

Day six done. Have to say I've found the weekend really hard. Had to have a small chicken salad today, in line with ss+ though so should be fine. How have you all got on this weekend? Looking forward to seeing CDC now on tue and getting weighed. Need the motivational part of knowing it's working. Avoiding my scales at all costs ATM. Have a cake to bake on tue/wed too. Lol x

I seem to be over the worst of my cold. was worried for a while that i was going to need to bump up my calories to help me get better. should be fine now. Just twenty days left til 810 week. Weigh in tonight.
