100 sit ups a day challenge??

Great job Loosing it for good! I was in agony the first week as well. But now it feels better.

Thanks :). Yes, I forced myself in the beginning, almost forgot everyday, now I am hoping it will stick in my morning routine, so I just do them without thinking :).
 
I haven't noticed anything on my tummy yet I think, but it has only been two weeks, right? Hopefully it will show soon :)!

Thanks for posting for me, I did my sit ups every morning as didn't think i'd be able to remember them. My sister laughed at first, lol.. but then joined in on day 2 and 3! Yes.. probably best to just keep the last weeks total's on here, rather then every week as it will be harder to read for sure.

For those who have not posted since week 1, I'll leave your list up til next week and will take it off if it hasn't been posted on.. If you come back on here, then just add that again.. For those of us who have been posting, I've taken off week 1 and totalled up week 2's. It makes it easier to read.. and when you look back through the posts, you can see your changes anyway. Hope everyone is ok with that? Can always change it back, but just think we can still all get our totals on the same line this way ;).

Welcome back hun and well done for keeping up with your sit ups. I was slack.....was so busy i was chasing my tail but should keep up this week.

By the way I've started a new thread on the main forum which is called 'one positive thought from you'. It's about saying something nice about yourself every morning to kick start your day wether you're on day 1 or day 200 :) It would be brilliant if any of you would like to post there as i thnk it'll be motivational for all of us.

Well that's what I thought. Lots of us have our support groups on here which is brilliant but it's great to chat with everyone across the whole forum. Thanks for posting hun and well done on talking to yourself into having a great week. You'll do it xxx
