The scales have gone down by 5lbs this morning :D so I may have a loss tomorrow night, I understand it probably won't be this much but they should go down a little bit after sticking last week.

Today I'm trying for:

Breakfast:
Blueberry puffs
Grapefruit

Snack:
Pineapple

Lunch:
Tinned crab salad

Snack:
Plate of spinach
Orange
Pineapple

Tea:
Smoked haddock poached with an egg
broccoli

Snack:
Options hot choc
bag of french fries
 
I just had another 100% day, although I am up at the top end of my syns!
My day:
B: fruit, vlf yog
L: lentil Dahl, green veggies mango chutney (2 syns), 1 slice bread.
D: stirfry with chicken (1 syn for oil), singapore noodles (1 syn red curry paste, 3 syns coconut milk, 1 syn sugar), 125 ml wine (4.5 syns). Strawberries, melon.
HEA milk
HEB bread
Also I drank plenty of water.
 
Yay I can honk at last! Need to keep it up!
 
I haven't had a full 100% week since the week I got to target... Ever since then I've fallen off the wagon for 4/5 days and then attempted 2 on plan days to scrap a maintain (which is ultimately what I want but this isn't the way to do it!)

Ive been terrible too but feeling in the zone again x
