ok, i have never been a regular person unless i eat brown flakes in the morning(i guess i need the extra fibre) but what is psyllium husks? are u allowed it on cd, how do you take it etc..... and is there anyting else you would reccommend ?
pls help - i wanna get into a nice routine !

I take PH and buy it from holland and barrat (but believe others get it from the internet) - they delightfully call it "Colon Care" - and do it in capsules which you swallow with water - or powder that you can mix in with your soup or shake - I make porridge - see recipe in the thread above.
